London, January 29, 2016. Stella McCartney unveils her Summer 2016 ad campaign images for the first time today, featuring Natalia Vodianova and Mariacarla Boscono photographed outside the city of Paris by Harley Weir. The new striking campaign images celebrate life and freedom; featuring Natalia and Mariacarla effortlessly embodying the spirit of the vivacious and liberated Stella McCartney woman. This is the first time Natalia, a regular feature of McCartney’s campaigned is joined by Mariacarla, and the 3rd collaboration with photographer Weir. In addition, a mood film to complement the still images will also be revealed on www.stellamccartney.com and the brand’s social platforms.

The new campaign is inspired by women and the individuality of women. Styled by Stella herself, the effortless and fresh images portray a celebration of summer. Natalia and Mariacarla showcase this season’s looks featuring an explosion of colour, energy and movement in contrast colour pleated dresses, body skimming knits and unexpected bold check and stripe layering. Also included in the new campaign is a tactical version highlighting the new Becks bag, a soft yet structured style with a flap closure and thick galvanized brass chain made of hand-woven eco alter nappa this season and the rainbow Falabella collection.

The campaign will break in the March issues of titles including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, W, Elle, V and Interview as well as other international titles in the UK, France, Italy, Spain, Scandinavia, Russia, Japan, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Turkey and Middle East.
