All orders are shipped using DHL Express and shipping is free of charge.
Our courier usually delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address. Please contact Customer Service should you have any questions about your order.
All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times. Our warehouse does not operate on certain public holidays.
When pre-ordering, the number of days for shipping will be calculated at the time the items become available in the warehouse.
We ship all orders from Italy.
You will receive periodical updates via email with the status of your order. If you have not received such an email and believe your order is delayed or missing, please contact Customer Service.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time.
The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country site cannot be made. Please select the correct country site for your order from the link in the top-left corner of every page.
At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, Azores, Madeira, the Faéroér Islands, Greenland, Aland Island, the Holland Antilles, Poste Restante, Canary Islands, St. Pierre et Miquelon, Livigno, Channel Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled.

We hope you will be delighted with your goods, but if not and you wish to make a return for either a refund or exchange, please make sure any garment is unworn, in its original condition, products have their attached tags including the garment security tag attached to selected products as indicated on your invoice, and placed back in its protective packaging and then returned within 30 days for full price items and 14 days for discounted items.
Returns from European Union (EU) and outside the European Union
We have changed our returns process; you will no longer receive a returns label in your parcel. Please follow the below instructions:
1. Fill out the Return Form online by clicking “Create a Return”.
2. Print out the invoice and the returns label from the link provided.
3. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, including the garment security tag, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return or issue a refund.

5. Pack the items in the order box (or any rigid carton box) and stick the printed DHL label over the prior delivery information. Please note gift boxes are non-refundable.
6. For EU customers: Complete the returns proforma invoice and enclose it inside the box.
7. For non-EU customers: Complete the returns proforma invoices and attach securely to the outside of the parcel, ensuring they are visible, secure, will not become illegible in wet weather and are able to be removed and checked by a Customs operator before releasing your package.
8. We do not accept any responsibility for shipments returned back to you from Customs where the invoice has not been completed and enclosed. In such circumstances, we will be unable to process your refund.

Due to customs restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.
Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

If you wish to change the size and/or colour of an item that you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost within 30 days of delivery date.
Fill out the Return Form, choose the “Exchange” option and select a replacement size and/or colour from those available. As soon as we receive your return we will ship it to the address from your original order.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when the package has been dispatched. You can exchange the size and/or colour of an item one time only, but you can always return it by following the instructions in our Return Policy.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:
Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.
You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 48 hours of the Return Confirmation email.
For security reasons, we cannot refund a credit card that is different from the one used for the purchase.
