1. About this initiative

Stella McCartney Ltd (“SMC”, “we”, “us”) is supporting a funding programme designed to improve access to equine-assisted mental wellbeing sessions for eligible people in need resident in the United Kingdom. This initiative runs from July 17th to August 15th 2026 (inclusive).

This initiative is a promotional funding programme only. It does not constitute a charitable donation to a registered charity, and no part of the purchase price is being donated to a registered charity. The programme is delivered and administered by Operation Centaur, operating under TRP WORKING HORSES LIMITED. Operation Centaur is responsible for assessing eligibility, selecting participants, administering the programme and providing the sessions.

3. Minimum funding and additional sessions

SMC will fund a minimum of £2,370, which corresponds to six (6) sessions.

If the amount generated under paragraph 2 exceeds £2,370, additional sessions may be funded at £395 per session, until the amount allocated under this initiative has been exhausted.

4. How the funds are used

Funds generated through this initiative will be paid to Operation Centaur and used only to support the cost of eligible sessions under the programme. No cash payment is made to individuals. For the avoidance of doubt, amounts allocated under this initiative are paid in connection with the operation of this programme and are not charitable donations to a registered charity.

The number of sessions that can be funded will depend on:

• the amount generated through the initiative;

• programme demand;

• participant eligibility;

• session availability and capacity.

5. Eligibility and access

The programme is intended only for eligible people in need resident in the United Kingdom.

Access to funded sessions is:

• limited;

• subject to availability;

• subject to eligibility and assessment by Operation Centaur; and

• not guaranteed.

Operation Centaur is solely responsible for determining eligibility and suitability for participation.

6. No role of SMC in participant selection or care

SMC does not assess applications, select participants, provide sessions, or make any clinical, wellbeing or safeguarding decisions in relation to the programme.

Any questions about eligibility, participation, scheduling or the sessions themselves should be directed to Operation Centaur.

7. No medical or therapeutic guarantee

This initiative is intended to support access to equine-assisted mental wellbeing sessions. SMC does not make any representation or guarantee as to any individual outcome, benefit or result arising from participation in the programme.

8. Changes or suspension

SMC and/or Operation Centaur may amend, suspend or end the initiative where reasonably necessary, including where:

• the promotional period ends;

• available funding has been fully allocated;

• the programme is no longer operational; or

• legal, operational or safeguarding reasons require a change.

Any such change will not affect funding already validly allocated before the relevant change takes effect, unless required for legal or safeguarding reasons.

9. Personal data

SMC does not receive or review applicants’ personal data for the purpose of selecting participants for the programme.

Operation Centaur is responsible for handling applicant and participant personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law and its own privacy notice.

10. General

This initiative is a promotional funding initiative. It does not create any contractual right for any individual to receive sessions.

If there is any inconsistency between these terms and any campaign page, the campaign page will prevail to the extent necessary to reflect the specific products, channels, dates or funding details applicable to that campaign.
