Delivery times begin one business day after the order is placed due to the time difference between North America and Italy, where most of our items are shipped from.

When pre-ordering, the number of days for shipping will be calculated at the time the items become available in the warehouse.

Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may require additional days for delivery.

Local stock info

Some color/size variations are shipped from our local warehouse and can be available for Next Day and Saturday Delivery. Standard Shipping and Express Shipping times are shorter.
For orders including at least one item not stored in our U.S. distribution center, you can only choose Standard or Express Shipping.

Returns

Our Online Store gladly accepts returns or exchanges within 20 days of the delivery date.

We make your return shipping easy: fill in the online Return Form, use the pre-addressed UPS return label included in your order.

If you prefer, you may ship the return package at your charge, using a courier of your choice. Alternatively, orders can be returned in one of our Stores within the country of shipping at no additional cost.
