Stella McCartney hosted a black tie dinner with a presentation of her Winter 2012 evening collection. The dinner, held in a church in Mayfair, London, included guests such as Rihanna, Kate Moss, Bianca Jagger, Stella Tennant, Anna Wintour, Mario Testino, Simon Le Bon, Alison Mosshart, Sharleen Spiteri, Laura Bailey, Twiggy and many more.

The Ronnie Scott Jazz Orchestra played 1940s jazz while guests watched Dutch illusionist Hans Klok accompanied by Alexa Chung performing his signature magic acts; snowstorm, swords, origami and metamorphosis.

Suddenly, with a shriek from one table and the crash of a chair, a surprise performance kicked off amidst the dinner. Models and dancers with the special participation of Shailene Woodley, Amber Valletta, Shalom Harlow, Yasmin Le Bon, Lucie De La Falaise and Anouck Lepere burst into a performance choreographed by Blanca Li to a classic by Led Zeppelin. All of the female performers were dressed in the new Stella McCartney Winter 2012 London Evening Collection.
