1. Describe your personal style.
My style is fairly eclectic. I don’t really like sticking to one genre or one particular style box. I like to experiment and contrast different styles together. Magpie Mix would be a good way of describing my style!
2. How does living in London influence your style?
London is itself an eclectic cultural mishmash. That’s just from observing everyday life. Then there’s London creative scene which in itself is so varied and innovative. You definitely soak all of that up on a day to day basis when you’re getting dressed.
3. Describe the way you style and wear our Falabella handbag
The Falabella bag is both decorative and utilitarian and so works in many style contexts. They’re not difficult bags to wear. I definitely went for looks that play up the simultaneously smart and casual aspect of the bag – dressy dresses with flat loafers, dramatic flared skirts with a slouchy sweater.
4. What are your favorite pieces from our Autumn collection?
I love all the smart and neat low-heeled shoes especially the ones with the snakeskin print The horizontally striped satin dress is beautifully cut and made me feel like I was in that William Klein film Qui êtes vous, Polly Maggoo? I also love the texture of the feather flower printed jacquard.
5. If you could only save one piece from your wardrobe, what would it be and why?
It’s not exactly a piece of clothing but it’s a beautifully embroidered gigantic silk shawl which I bought in Mexico City. It’s just an amazing piece of textiles that I’d like to save for posterity!
