Depending on availability, purchases may be made either directly through stellamccartney.com or through the assistance of our stores or personal shopping associates. All aspects of your online ordering and/or purchase will be performed by or on behalf of Stella McCartney America, Inc (referred to here as “We” or “STELLA McCARTNEY”).
Online purchases from this section of the Site may be made by residents of the U.S., for delivery to clients in the mainland U.S.A. and Alaska. We are unable to deliver online purchases to other places at this time, but invite our clients to visit a STELLA McCARTNEY store.

Product Availability
Stella McCartney” products available for purchase online are subject to availability. As necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order. Each client may make online purchases of up to four items per style, unless otherwise stated. Pricing and Payment Options
While we try to ensure that all prices on our Site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. Risk of loss or damage to products you order on this Site passes to you on delivery of the products, title passes once we have received payment in full for the products.
Prices displayed on the STELLA McCARTNEY Site are quoted in U.S. dollars. STELLA McCARTNEY accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.Please note that Stella McCartney trades within the UK also so if you are purchasing within the US and are viewing GBP £ pricing then please change your region in order to purchase through the US site. Sales Tax
STELLA McCARTNEY charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax in case of law change.

Shipping and Delivery
For security reasons, STELLA McCARTNEY online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not secured by UPS. All purchases are shipped via UPS.
To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. UPS next day, second-day, ground). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. STELLA McCARTNEY cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Ground shipping is FREE for all orders above $150 for the US

Stella McCartney is pleased to offer CarbonNeutral deliveries for all online orders. If you choose this option, a voluntary $3 will be added to your bill to offset the carbon emissions made from your delivery. Almost everything we do, even shopping, produces some of the global warming gas carbon dioxide. Global warming is caused by a build up of carbon dioxide (CO2) acting like a planetary duvet and trapping heat in the atmosphere.
Although purchasing online is a reasonably low carbon activity, we recognize that the driving and flying involved in delivering your Stella McCartney purchases produces a lot of CO2. Working with our partners The CarbonNeutral Company we have balanced that carbon dioxide to net zero making all of our deliveries CarbonNeutral®.

Tracking
A shipping confirmation with the tracking information is e-mailed to you once your purchase has been shipped. You can also refer to “My Orders” in your account on stellamccartney.com to access the tracking numbers of your order. Return Policy for Online Purchases
STELLA McCARTNEY endeavours to give customer satisfaction. For STELLA McCARTNEY online purchases, we will accept merchandise not worn, used or damaged and with security tag in tact for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales slip. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery; however, sale merchandise must be returned within 15 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that a different return policy may be applicable for in-store purchases.
Instructions for returning merchandise are included with each shipment and provide that merchandise should be shipped back to STELLA McCARTNEY online customer care following the steps described in the return slip. Upon receipt of merchandise, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an e-mail notification will be sent once the return has been processed.

Changes/Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an e-mail as soon as possible to customerservices@us.stellamccartney.com
We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it. If you would like to purchase a different product, please visit our website or contact a STELLA McCARTNEY Customer Services Team.

Products purchased from STELLA McCARTNEY online arrive suitable for gift giving. Products specified as gifts will be shipped with an invoice that does not include the price of the item. This invoice is necessary for any exchange.

Full-priced STELLA McCARTNEY products purchased from STELLA McCARTNEY online may be taken, along with the original sales slip, to a STELLA McCARTNEY boutique alteration in respect of which a charge may be made. STELLA McCARTNEY offers repair service for STELLA McCARTNEY products purchased online. Products may be brought to any STELLA McCARTNEY boutique in the U.S. or mailed* to the following address:

Please enclose a detailed repair request, your contact information, and original sales slip.*We recommend that you package the item securely and ship the product via insured mail as STELLA McCARTNEY will not be responsible for problems with delivery or if damage occurs during shipping. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a repair assessment. Detailed repair information and repair charge estimate will be sent to you once the assessment has been completed.
