Delivery of Fragrance products
Please note all fragrance products (including Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, Body Lotions, Shower Gels, Natural Sprays) will be shipped by ground shipping only. In the case of an order having a fragrance product and ready to wear products, the delivery will be split and fragrance will arrive 3-5 days after placing your order by ground shipping. If applicable, delivery will be charged only once.
Shipping of fragrance products is prohibited to Hawaii and Alaska.
Please contact Customer Services if you have any queries about your fragrance order.
Returning your fragrance product - Fragrance products must be returned unopened, unused with their protective plastic wrap and in their original packaging and condition. We do not accept any used or opened items.
Stella McCartney is pleased to offer CarbonNeutral deliveries for all online orders. If you choose this option, a voluntary $3 will be added to your bill to offset the carbon emissions made from your delivery. Almost everything we do, even shopping, produces some of the global warming gas carbon dioxide. Global warming is caused by a buildup of carbon dioxide (CO2) acting like a planetary duvet and trapping heat in the atmosphere.
Although purchasing online is a reasonably low carbon activity, we recognize that the driving and flying involved in delivering your Stella McCartney purchases produces a lot of CO2. Working with our partners The CarbonNeutral Company we have balanced that carbon dioxide to net zero making all of our deliveries CarbonNeutral®. Please note the $3 CarbonNeutral is non refundable with any return orders.

Reserve in Store
Reserve in Store is a service offered to online customer for checking product availability for stores through the website. Click on the Reserve in Store link on a product and fill in form about this specific product. A reservation request will be sent to the selected store by email.
You will be contacted within 48 hours by the Stella McCartney store to confirm your reservation if stock is available.
If stock is available, the store can arrange to have this item placed on hold for up to 48 hours.
If product is not available in this particular store, the store will confirm this and help to locate the product from our other stores.

Private Wardrobing is a service offered in UK, European and US Stella McCartney directly operated stores to allow clients to shop with greater ease and convenience. Click on the Private Wardrobing link and fill in the form with your details, preferred time and date with any special requests to schedule a private appointment. You will be contacted by your selected store within 48 hours for confirmation.

US Returns process
Return Policy for Online Purchases
Instructions for returning merchandise are included with each shipment and provide that merchandise should be shipped back to STELLA McCARTNEY online customer care following the steps described in the return slip. Upon receipt of merchandise, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an e-mail notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
STELLA McCARTNEY endeavours to give customer satisfaction. For STELLA McCARTNEY online purchases, we will accept merchandise not worn, used or damaged and with security tag in tact for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales slip. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery; however, sale merchandise must be returned within 15 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that a different return policy may be applicable for in-store purchases.
Exchange Instructions
To exchange products, please follow the Return Instructions and contact Customer Services to arrange the collection and exchange. Please note that your card will first be credited and then a new order will be placed and the exchange, subject to availability, will be sent to you on receipt of the original order. Your original shipping fee will not be refunded. If you are based in a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination you will need to pay duties and taxes on the replacement item.
